It was announced on 16 March 2010, before the second part of his debut album was released. The tour consisted of 130 concerts and was a huge success everywhere. When the tickets for Justin's Madison Square Garden concert were released on 31 August 2010, they were sold out in 22 minutes. Justin thus became the youngest artist ever to sell out the 14,520 tickets in such a short time.
