How old was Justin Bieber when he first met his manager 'Scooter'?

Explanation

Justin's first flight was in the Autumn of 2007. He was 13 years old and flew to Atlanta with his mother Pattie. In Atlanta, Justin met with Scott Samuel Braun, "Scooter", who had seen a video with Justin performing at the talent show "Stratford Star" that his mother had uploaded to YouTube. Scooter was mesmerized with what he saw and wanted to become Justin's manager, so he talked Pattie into flying to Atlanta so they could meet. Scooter was later to play an important party in Justin's life, not least as his manager.
