Where was the biggest show for an ESC final held?

Explanation

There was room for a live audience of 38,000 in Parken, which is actually a football stadium. That is the biggest live audience ever. The most expensive final was organised in Russia in 2009, but afterwards, rules were introduced to limit the costs to ensure all countries have the possibility to host a final.
