In which country was the cart wheel first invented?

Explanation

A wheel is a component that is intended to rotate on an axle. The oldest known use of the wheel is for spinning pottery and dates back to around 3000 BC in Mesopotamia. The cart wheel was invented in China some 500 years later. The Incas and other Western societies later developed wheel-like mechanisms independently from each other, but altogether humans existed some 96,000 years before the wheel was invented.
