Who wrote “Who is this? LMAO." and posted a "fun" video clip of Jacob Sartorius on Twitter in 2016?

Explanation

In May 2016, Jacob Sartorius was criticised after a fan videoed him while asking to give a special message for her three friends. Unfortunately, he couldn’t remember the names and moved away from the disappointed fan. The fashion model, Hailey Baldwin decided to go on Twitter to share a funny video of Jacob Sartorius. Unfortunately, she had no idea who he actually was, and wrote. “Who is this? LMAO." She added a weary-faced emoji. Taylor Caniff replied to Hailey Baldwin’s post appearing to mock Jacob’s behaviour in the video. In response to the situation, many fans tweeted their annoyance by calling Taylor "fake" while others were shocked at the way Jacob had responded to his fan. What a mess!
