Explanation

In dulci jubilo ("In sweet rejoicing") is a traditional Christmas carol. It is thought to have been written by the German mystic Heinrich Seuse circa 1328. It was translated into English by Robert Lucas de Pearsall in 1837. The English version was then transformed by the multi-instrumentalist Mike Oldfield into todays know festive music version.
